I specialize in guiding startups and early-stage investors through the complexities of the U.S. legal landscape. Currently as an Associate at The Crone Law Group, P.C, I advise clients on high-stakes M&A transactions, Financing rounds, and Deal Structuring. My practice also includes navigating capital markets issuances, listing and crowdfunding regulations.I recently graduated with honors from Columbia Law School with a focus on corporate, finance and investment laws, and was the recipient of the merit based Dean’s Scholarship Award.Prior to joining CLS, I worked in the General Corporate Team at Khaitan & Co (a Tier-1 full service Indian law firm). During such time, I represented various corporations, private equity firms, venture capital firms and start-ups across London, Netherlands, Dubai and the United States, on a wide range of transactions. In India, I received a combined B.A./LL.B. degree from National Law Institute University, Bhopal (equivalent to a J.D.), where I graduated with honors and held the post of Convenor of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Cell.I represented NLIU at the 16th William C. Vis East International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court Competition wherein the team was adjudged as the World ‘Semi-Finalist’ and he was adjudged as the Fourth Best Oralist of the Tournament. Furthermore, the team was adjudged as the \'Winners\' of the world\'s biggest pre-moot held in Kuala Lumpur and I was awarded the Best Oralist Award.I am also an amateur filmmaker and photographer with some of my work being shared on Instagram under the handle @Yours_Pixelately_Wadhwa
