Li-ion Battery Pack Design and Integration - Product Owner for battery pack design and integration for Chetak platform vehicles- Responsible for the creation of battery pack technical SOR, RFQ, DVP, DFMEA, manufacturing line design quality acceptance, and end-of-line testing documents.•Cell Selection and Validation-Technical Evaluation of a wide variety of lithium-ion chemistry cells from different commercial cell suppliers, starting from defining the cell level design application requirements, reviewing supplier cell technical specification datasheets to conducting cell level characterization tests to meet the stringent cost, performance, safety, and cycle life targets of the project-Responsible for the creation of detailed Cell level DVP encompassing electrochemical, thermal, and abuse scenario characterization of cells-Responsible for the development of the cell library and future road map by evaluation of different formats and chemistry of cells for current and future battery programs for 2W and 3W- Responsible for Cells Internal parameter extraction required as the primary input for BMS SOx algorithm design- Good knowledge of BMS SOx algorithm for various Li-ion Chemistries.• Battery Pack Cloud Data Analysis- Responsible for defining the framework and dashboard for the Battery pack cloud data analysis for all 2W and 3W vehicle programs.The dashboard created is capable of assessing the fleet performance andparticular battery pack deep dive analysis in case of any anomaly detected in the battery pack-Established the list of battery pack key performance parameters to be monitored on the cloud to assess the battery pack\'s health and performancebased on customer usage.
