ABOUT ADITYA SRINIVASAN
I am a second-year law student (3-year LLB) at Government Law College, Mumbai. I am open to working with government agencies, law firms, corporate houses, think tanks, and non-profits dealing with law and public policy. My experience of interning with law firms has thus far given me insights into:• Criminal litigation (including POCSO, MPID and NI Act), • General civil litigation (including cooperative societies, property disputes, and public trusts)• Trademark infringement and opposition• Commerical and construction arbitration • Insolvency and Debt Recovery My undergraduate education was in the humanities wherein my interests lie in modern Indian history and political philosophy. My research papers (co-authored) have been received with distinction at various research seminars. I have also worked as a policy research intern at an emerging public policy think-tank.
