I didn’t start out wanting to be independent.I started out wanting to do meaningful work. Work that made sense, created impact, and felt like it belonged to me.But then I saw remarkable people losing their spark, confidence chipped away in rooms where ego spoke louder than work, and talent slowly reduced to ridicule.I stayed. I adjusted. I compromised.Until one day, something changed.Not dramatically. Not loudly. Just a quiet, irreversible decision. I wasn’t going to build a life that depended on someone else’s mood, ego, or limitations. So I stepped out.Today, I work as an independent consultant. I work on designing solutions, not just giving advice. I don’t believe in fixing parts of a problem. I believe in understanding the whole system, people, processes, and building something that lasts. Something that works even when things don’t go according to plan. Because things rarely go according to plan. That’s also where my recent work comes in - Prepared > Planned.It’s a learning module built on a simple idea: Planning assumes things will go right. Preparation ensures you succeed even when they don’t.Through my work, I help businesses, political teams, and institutions, whether they’re starting out, scaling up, or trying to grow beyond their current ceiling.Sometimes that means building financial systems that remove constant operational pressure.Sometimes it’s connecting the right people and ideas to unlock growth.Sometimes it’s simply bringing structure to chaos. Always, it’s about execution. I’m a generalist by design. I connect dots, build trust, and stay with the problem until it’s solved - not just understood.At the core of it all, I believe in people.Given the right structure, the right intent, and the right direction - they rarely disappoint.
