Hey! I am a public policy professional with a Masters from CHRIST University. Drawn to understanding how policy design either amplifies or dampens what actually happens on the ground. Learning to connect dots between street level reality and institutional frameworks. Spent months in Seemanchal, one of Bihar\'s most socio economically backward regions, understanding how caste shapes political mobilisation. Mapped influence networks, identified and onboarded emerging leaders, conducted field research on local political dynamics, built grassroots structures from ground zero. Currently serving as Head of Research at Salt by Lutyens, a New Delhi based digital media platform committed to creating honest, in depth conversations on politics, society, and the ideas that define India.
