I\'m an operation professional with over a decade of experience in the steel manufacturing industry and I have experience in executing industrial greenfield engineering and construction projects, managing equipment procurement, and contributing to the seamless functioning of bar mill operations at Jindal Steel and Power.Throughout my career, I\'ve honed my expertise in leading cross-functional teams and leveraging data and metrics to formulate and implement strategies to continually enhance existing processes, resulting in significant financial gains for the organization.Notable accomplishments include the successful implementation of the SAP-PP module in the bar mill, pioneering the use of Excel-based solutions to streamline the tracking of fabrication and delivery in sinter plant construction projects, and the development of a Management Information System (MIS) for enhanced visibility to aid in data-driven decision-making in both the bar mill and sinter plant.I hold a Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering from OP Jindal Institute of Technology (now OP Jindal University) and am currently enrolled in the IPMX program at IIM Lucknow. My commitment to continuous learning is evident through my participation in a data science, Python, and ML certification program, my work on a live project involving the development of a financial model of Heromotocorp with Alvron Partners, and my attainment of Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and project management certifications.Beyond my professional journey, I\'m proud to have been selected for JSPL\'s Young Leaders program, reflecting my potential for future leadership roles within the organization. Additionally, I had the privilege of ranking among the top 20 teams in the AllCargo Logicon competition organized by IIM Mumbai.Outside of work, I\'m a passionate badminton enthusiast, both as a spectator and on the court.
