I am thrilled to share that I have started a new chapter as a Trainee Intern at Radico Khaitan Limited, based at the historic Sitapur Distillery.During this internship, I will be immersed in the end-to-end production of the award-winning Rampur Indian Single Malt Whiskey. From the selection of premium malted barley and traditional copper pot distillation to the nuances of maturation in the unique North Indian climate, I’m eager to learn the \"spirit\" of craft whiskey making.Rampur is a brand that has put Indian Single Malts on the global map, and I look forward to contributing to and learning from the master blenders and distillers who make it happen.
