   Partner with senior leadership on enterprise-wide governance, regulatory remediation, and operating framework redesign across wholesale credit portfolios.Played a founding role in building a new Credit Product Strategy function, including designing core frameworks and training senior cohorts (SVP level and below).Led resolution of a self-identified regulatory issue impacting ~$1.4T in uncommitted exposure, working across underwriting, risk, and governance teams.Co-designed and implemented a new risk-rating framework with underwriting heads, reducing impacted exposures by ~75% and improving RWA outcomes.Act as a bridge between policy, execution teams, and senior stakeholders to ensure decisions translate into scalable outcomes.
