As part of a global, multifunctional R&D and manufacturing team, I apply advanced microbiology and molecular biology techniques to support product quality, manufacturing processes, and innovation. My work focuses on the practical application of solid-phase cytometry and Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment, ensuring rigorous safety and quality standards are upheld.I conduct end-to-end experimental workflows – from method optimisation and validation to data analysis and reporting – integrating traditional microbiology with modern molecular platforms. This includes designing and executing studies, generating high-quality, statistically sound data, and translating findings into actionable insights that influence technical decision-making.In addition to technical delivery, I contribute to capability development, troubleshooting complex biological challenges, and collaborating with cross-functional teams across microbiology, molecular biology, engineering, and quality assurance.
