As an accomplished leader in the capital markets with over 7 years of experience, I have worked extensively in trade/derivatives analysis, research, and advisory roles. Currently serving as a Fund Manager with Focus Energy Limited, I lead a team of 12 to 15 diverse professionals, including derivatives analysts, trade analysts, developers, and interns. In this role, I specialize in product management and have successfully established an MFT infrastructure with effective strategies by hiring top-tier talent from leading colleges.My career began as a Junior Trader with Bear Street Research Pvt. Ltd in New Delhi, India, where I gained valuable experience before moving on to become a Management Trainee with AK Capital Services in Mumbai, India. I have a Post Graduate Diploma in Securities Market from the National Institute of Securities Market, Mumbai.
