I build programs that change lives — and I train the people who deliver them.Over 10+ years across corporate, nonprofit, academic, and social entrepreneurship settings, I\'ve led CSR strategy, volunteer mobilisation, curriculum design, and community development initiatives that have reached direct beneficiaries, mobilised volunteers, and generated ₹2 crore+ in CSR business development.My work sits at the intersection of corporate responsibility and grassroots reality. I\'ve designed employee volunteering frameworks for corporate clients, co-created proposals funded by TATA and JPMorgan Chase, moderated panels with Magsaysay Award winner Rajendra Singh and Amazon India\'s Head of CSR, and built rural development programs aligned with the UNSDGs and ESG mandates — all while staying rooted in the communities I serve.What I\'m building right now: Project Sachet — Co-founder of a child-centered puberty education initiative. Crowd-funded INR 5.5 lakh, designed the training curriculum, and personally coached educators across schools in India through bilingual modules on Puberty, POCSO, and Safe Touch. Our Puberty Coaches model is now being developed into a corporate CSR program.
