Supervise contractors and technicians during shutdown, overhaul, and major maintenance activities.11. Support spare part management and inventory control to ensure critical equipment availability.12. Provide leadership, technical guidance, and training to maintenance personnel to improve team competency and performance.13. Participate in commissioning, testing, and startup activities for new or modified mechanical equipment.14. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company maintenance standards.
