   Currently working for Mondelez International onsite role :I am a part of Mondelez packaging excellence team,my role is to develop pipeline & future readiness in terms of Sustainability, productivity, specification harmonization.Handled sustainability & productivity workshops for South East Asia & India region respectively.The key stakeholder of these workshop was Finance, Supply chain,local packaging representatives, packaging leaders across AMEA region & more than 10 packaging material supplier pitched there ideas on the workshop days. More than 300 + hours were devoted for preparation for each workshop deck.Idea collation, bucketing, refining the ideas in terms of short, mid, long terms was also a part of the workshop.Creation of final outcome ($ saving) & presenting to the respective business unit lead to kickstart the projects across AMEA region.Benchmarking for 50+ product cross category for Mondelez India including primary & secondary packaging.Exposure of cross culture experience while interacting with South east asia, China colleagues, learnt new way for working where the work culture is much different than India business unit. Single handedly drive Corrugate RFP for Mondelez India which includes onboarding of four new vendors in Mdlz India which delivered a tentative saving of 1. 5 -2 M $ savingAddition of PCR content in primary laminate for one of the business-critical brand for Mdlz india to achieve the MDLZ 2030 sustainability goals.Taking line trial on PCR laminate at Mdlz own factory & getting detailed knowledge of the line of future (product to case automated).Identified productivity idea of 10k $ after further deep driving the automated line & getting into more details.Addition of PCR content in secondary PET jar as a part of EPR goal.Recognized in Thane technical center for TTC Shark Tank as well as recognized all over AMEA of good works
