Hey there, happy to see you here.I am Aditya S Nambiar, currently pursuing my BBA Honours @ Symbiosis Centre For Management Studies, Pune. My journey so far has been a rich blend of academics, leadership, initiatives, and hands-on experiences that has been crucial in my pursuit of becoming the best version of myself.At present, I contribute as the Internship Coordinator @ Internship & Career Development Cell, where I liaise with companies and corporates to organize internship drives for the students of SCMS Pune.Additionally, I am a Core Member of the Entrepreneurship Club of SCMS Pune (E-Cell), which allows me to connect and work on ideas, businesses & events with peers and seniors that nurtures the entrepreneurial flame within me.Beyond academics, I have taken up various leadership roles and won several accolades throughout high school & college.Won national and international level public speaking competitions, case study competitions & MUN\'s. These opportunities allowed me to develop skillsets in creative thinking, effective communication, content writing and digital marketing, while constantly expanding my perspectives outside the classroom.Some of my interests include working on my youtube channel, journaling, engaging in meaningful conversations, listening to podcasts & playing football, all of which adds to my clarity of thought and overall approach to life. Looking forward, I aspire to build a career in Finance, HR & Entrepreneurship while seeking wisdom & industry exposure through the incredible people that I\'ll get to meet on this platform.

   Actively contributing to the growth of the Entrepreneurship Cell at SCMS Pune, where we are focused on nurturing the startup culture at our institution.• Selected as part of a highly selective cohort, responsible for conceptualizing and executing entrepreneurial initiatives across the academic year. E-Cell was also the Best Club for 2 out of the last 3 years.• Represented SCMS Pune (Team: Mind Over Market) at IIT Hyderabad’s National Entrepreneurship Competition (E-Merge), securing 1st place in the preliminary round and 4th place in the final round, among top national participants.• Hosted and helped organize E-Merge 3.0, which is our annual trade-up competition, where participants are expected to increase the monetary value of their product by trading up and exchanging a base product (without using money) to end up with something much more valuable. • Working closely with like-minded peers and mentors to encourage innovative problem solving and practical exposure to the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
