Aditya Ray is a Director with Mastercard Advisors, the strategy consulting arm of Mastercard, and currently serves as the Asia-Pacific Practice Lead for Payment Acceptance and Acquiring.With over 15 years of international strategy consulting experience, Aditya has advised clients across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, the United States, Western Europe, the Pacific Islands, Southeast Asia, and India. In his current role, he owns the P&L for the practice, leading the scoping, sales, and delivery of 40+ consulting engagements and products annually for payment acceptance providers—including acquirer banks, payment facilitators, aggregators, POS providers, gateways, and fintechs. His remit spans business development support, productization, bespoke consulting delivery, and full P&L management.
