ABOUT ADITYA RAMESH

As a logistic coordinator at DPD Deutschland, I develop and lead end-to-end freight payment dashboards to measure team and supplier performance, effectively tracking and analyzing key metrics. I also optimize material procurement procedures, leading to reduced lead times and enhanced inventory management. I have gained comprehensive knowledge of business operations by working on freight payment processes, including understanding contracts, services provided, invoice approval, and payment. I demonstrate autonomy in decision-making within a defined framework, resolving issues using technical expertise and judgment while adhering to established procedures.I have completed my Master of Science in General Management at PFH Private Hochschule Göttingen, where I specialized in industrial management, advanced international marketing, and business psychology. I have a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University, where I interned at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited and gained first-hand experience in the aircraft and helicopter division. I have also completed SAP ERP Essential Training and have skills in problem-solving, presentations, and spoken English.
