o Contributed to the development of an advanced lithium-ion battery pack for Stellantis as part of the Battery Workforce Challenge, involving battery sizing, component selection, procurement, and performance validation.o Developed and validated lithium-ion battery degradation models using the P2D framework in Python and GT-AutoLion, incorporating SEI growth dynamics and experimental calibration for long-term performance prediction.o Assisted in a research project on predictive modeling of bearing failures, supporting experimental studies on 6205, 6206, and 6207 bearings under steady-state, variable-speed, and load-varying conditions, with applications in industrial bearings, wind turbines, and rotating machinery.o Contributed to experimental setup design by fabricating custom sensor mounts using CAD and 3D printing, and installing/calibrating accelerometers, thermocouples, ROLS speed sensors, strain gauges, and microphones.
