Chartered Accountant (Nov 2005)- 19+ years of post qualification experience in finance and audit. Currently, CFO & Head of Operations - Private Equity, Epiq CapitalEarlier Principal (India head)- Private Equity, Infrastructure & Real Asset Fund Finance and Accounting, Ares ManagementPrevious work-ex with Macquarie, Gurgaon – Financial Performance & Analysis – responsible for all the Business Performance Analysis for Macquarie Asset Management business (the private equity, REIT & Hedge funds and Specialized Investment Solution products across Macquarie), and the Macquarie Capital business (the advisory and principal operations). Worked as Financial Controller (Senior Manager), Macquarie Limited, Mexico City on a Private Equity Fund investing in infrastructure and a REIT Fund – responsible for all the finance & tax related functions of the fund. Accounting performed as per IFRS. Worked as the Manager, Macquarie Limited, New York on two Private Equity Funds investing in infrastructure – responsible for all the finance & tax related tasks for the fund. Accounting performed as per US GAAP. Part of the team responsible for the successful launch of Macquarie Mexico REIT (a USD 1.5billion fund in December 2012). Have previously worked with Big 4 audit firms (Deloitte, Ernst & Young) and demonstrated abilities in completing audit assignments within time budgets and calendar schedules while handling multiple tasks.
