Led end-to-end delivery of the following products: Enterprise Deliverability Hub, GuidedReputation Repair(patent pending), and Deliverability Action Center, used by around 100k customers- For each of those projects, authored RFCs and technical specifications; designed systemsand implemented the backend, frontend, and infrastructure- Built internal AI-assisted tooling to run large-scale type-safety refactors (100s of files)- Ran seasonal load tests for all infrastructure owned by the team, identifying bottlenecks,and coordinated infra fixes- Created an internal CLI tool to search across a ~2M‐line codebase using CODEOWNERSmetadata, significantly reducing time to audit usage of services and patterns- Served as primary engineer for BFCM (Black Friday / Cyber Monday) preparation for theteam, creating load test plans and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure systems wereready for peak traffic.
