Design and architecture of new features and improvements to the myFlexPay suite of services. Manage and oversee the rollout of the Other Payroll Disbursements service to Southwest Airlines. Manage the development team. Be a servant leader, actively working on removing the roadblocks for the team to ensure success and keep the team healthy. Conduct performance reviews, feedback, and appraisals. Mentor the team. Perform code reviews and implementation design reviews with active feedback. Work on collaboration and conflict resolution management within and between teams. Primary liaison with business and third-party partners. Meet with new customers to answer questions and talk to the customer technical team. Work with Sr. Directors on and present Root Cause Analysis to executive leadership. Work with leadership to improve processes and Agile Methodologies to set the teams up for success.
