HR ANALYTICS DASHBOARD : Developed and deployed an interactive HR analytics dashboard using Power BI, analyzing data from over 1400 employees to enhance organizational performance. Cleaned data using Power Query, ensuring accuracy in identifying a 16.12% attrition rate and significant job role variances. Analyzed demographics, revealing a 49% attrition rate for ages 26-35 and 37.55% for employees with technical degrees, informing targeted retention strategies.
