Involved in the overall software product development life cycle of Oxy\'s in-house real-time tool for Production Optimization. ‾ Assist in designing and implementing short and long-term strategic plans for the product and associated data flow processes. ‾ Gather the product requirements from different stakeholders mostly including Oxy\'s US and Oman business units. ‾ Document the product needs to create user stories in Azure DevOps for better UX and to enhance analytical capabilities. ‾ Liaise with the UX/UI designers to brainstorm and design the UI ideas based on the UX and the business requirements. ‾ Browse through the Repos in DevOps to understand the data flow processes, and calculations to assist in development work. ‾ Conduct design meetings and sessions with the Business team and developers to fine-tune the product requirements. ‾ Design user acceptance criteria and testing protocols to ensure functionality accurately meets business needs. ‾ Conduct daily standups and assist teammates to overcome any impediments. ‾ Contribute to the sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. ‾ Create and update the documentation related to the processes and product development at a central directory. ‾ Liaise with developers to assist them with the Petroleum Engineering concepts for efficient product development.
