Close monitoring of the inventory status. • Involved Process enhancement & FAI Part prove out. • Closely following up with Vendors for technical issue. Cycle time study & Reduction. • Sound knowledge on SAP ERP- PP Module) • Prepare operation sheets & standard operation procedure (SOP), One-point lessons (OPL) for machining process & Machines. • Responsible for implementation of 5S, KAIZEN, PTAB, SQCT. • Active participation over RRCA & FAI with Quality & ME.
