Lead engineer responsible for providing operational support and asset life cycle management for Oil & Gas production & intervention systems. Responsibilities include: Defining & maintaining customer specific asset management plans. This encompasses equipment specific inspection / maintenance tasks, storage & testing specifications, obsolescence and spare parts management. Routinely reviewing online & offline equipment data to identify anomalies / non conformances and coordinating cross functional team of subject matter experts & field technicians to resolve them. Providing remote monitoring & troubleshooting support utilizing TechnipFMC’s online equipment monitoring & surveillance system. Periodically review field failures, service & quality notifications to identify opportunities for improvement of monitoring algorithms and predictive analytics models. Lead cross-functional engineering teams for performing root cause analysis (RCA) on product failures / bad actors and the development of short & long-term solutions. Prepare reports / dashboards required to keep management / customers informed on progress of reliability improvement projects & equipment (Integrity, availability & uptime) KPI. Utilize continuous improvement methodologies such as Kaizen and Obeya to support the improvement of the North America service center.
