Aditya has experience in projects & infrastructure, project financing, structured financing and debt restructuring. Advising companies, domestic and international banks for the debt financing of various solar, wind, transmission, road, real estate and hydro projects by way of term loans, capex, external commercial borrowings, issuance of debentures, down-selling, refinancing and debt structuring of stressed loans.
