About Aditya Malhotra

An experienced Customer Success professional with interest in the field of Human Resources. I started working early with Amazon and eventually grew within the domain of CS supporting various OUs such as North America, UK, CA etc. Being in Amazon under the CS umbrella I put my Psych background in use to understand the consumer business and developed my negotiating skills along with problem solving abilities while working under different roles such as a Team Lead and a Training Specialist.Along with my experience in CS, I completed my MA in Industrial Psychology with specialization in Organizational Behavior and Organizational Development. As I look to make my career in the field of HR, I have started to freelance as a recruiter, consultant for Organizational structuring, creating HR policies, payroll and creating training plans as well. I believe in enabling people to make sure they give their best to the organization that they are in and at the same time creating policies which help the employees with their growth. Apart from work, I like to travel and understand how cities are planned, I am looking forward to visit Earth\'s most remote areas someday such as Bouvet Island or even visiting Antarctica and Trista Da Cunha and learning more about what is happening around the world.
