Acted as the Required Absence Policy Liaison for Finance by engaging with the Front Line, Business Aligned Compliance Officers, Senior Executives and the Required Absence Policy Team Responsibilities include meeting deadlines in identifying and classifying employees performing sensitive tasks and updating Finance Required Absence Enterprise Procedures and Controls.• Managed the Finance Anti-Competitive Behaviour Programs as part of the Company’s Conduct Risk Program. As the ACB policy SME for Finance, worked on tracking policy violations and led the timely execution and annual refresh of Controls to align with the Risk and Control Self-Assessment standards.• As the Finance Risk Measurement Program (RMP) liaison, was involved in the creation, review and disposition of Finance measures with control and compliance partners and SMEs in Compliance, Financial Crimes and Conduct Risk.
