Hello,1) Assistant Manager at Diffusion Engineers Ltd,Nagpur looking after product approvals for SMAW,GMAW,GTAW,SAW,TIG like ABS,BV,DNV,IRS,GL,LRA,IBR,BIS,NPCIL,CE,DB 2) My job role involves Quality check of Welding Electrode & FCW wire manufactured right from Production to packaging. My role is involved in each and every steps involved in quality check of production of Welding consumables.Core Wire and Strip testing which are required for Welding Consumable manufacturing.3) I also look after Quality check of wear plates manufactured for job work.I have also been involved in Third party inspection for various OEM\'s.4) A very Strong hand on customer witness. Handling customer witness like Humboldt Wedag,Loesche, Arcelor Mittal, NTPC,Railways, ONGC and various customers. Apart from this I also perform various Mechanical Testings like Tensile test,Bend Test,Impact Test,Rockwell Hardness test.In Electrode & wear plate manufacturing some wear factor tests are also involved like Dry Sand Abrasion Test,Air Jet Erosion test,Slurry Erosion test these tests are also performed by me.5) I also look after various Jobs which come to our plant for reconditioning process like Railway Tamping Tool, Manganese Coal Crushing hammers,Railways Padels,JSPL Sprockets,Cement plant Rotor blade,Drills, Separators & HPGR rolls.6) I have knowledge of Lab testing as well as I can inspect job work also.Correct consumable suggestion to the Marketing, Fabrication and service engineering dept. 7) Apart from this I also have knowledge of NABL as our in house lab has NABL approval. I also have the knowledge of operating spectrometer, Metallurgical Microscope and Micro Vicker hardness. 8) I have knowledge of both job work, Welding Consumable manufacturing & various Tests involved in it.9)I have completed Welding Inspector & NDT level 2 certification as well.
