By conducting scenario and sensitivity analysis, the model will measure the impact of these variations on cash flow, liquidity, and financing needs, enabling businesses to anticipate funding gaps, optimize the cash conversion cycle, and make informed decisions to improve financial stability and reduce dependency on external borrowing.
