About Aditya Krishnaswamy
After completing my bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2016, I worked as a design engineer in TCS for a reputed Japanese OEM for 4+ years. During the latter half of my journey with TCS, I worked and led projects related to process improvement, continuous improvement and cost optimization. While I enjoyed working on those kinds of projects, I also felt the need to expand my knowledge to take on more challenging projects. A master\'s degree from a top school in the US it was!I graduated with a Master\'s degree in Industrial Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University. It was an amazing journey to say the least. My experiences at Penn State ranged from courses that I thoroughly enjoyed be it manufacturing systems, supply chain engineering to name a few to working on continuous improvement projects at Mack Trucks as an intern to working as a graduate assistant at PennTAP to provide technical assistance to Pennsylvania businesses and anchor institutions.I recently started a new position at duBreton as an Operations Management Associate which has provided me with the perfect platform to continue my professional journey.
