Aditya is a manager in PwC\'s cybersecurity, risk and regulatory practice. The primary focus of his work is managing strategy, risk and compliance services which specifically include:• Conducting risk and maturity assessments to understand the current security posture. Areas of focus include Governance and risk, security compliance, security architecture and operations, identity and access management, threat and vulnerability management, third party risk management, incident response and operational resilience. • Comparing the posture against industry frameworks such as NIST, CRI Profile, ISO or regulatory frameworks such as NY DFS.• Developing cyber strategies aligned to risk, value and performance to improve the overall posture• Ensuring cyber and privacy topics has better oversight at the Board level through operating models and risk reporting• Advising on data localization and privacy laws such as, GDPR, CCPA, China Cybersecurity law. Aditya has also been involved in managing and executing technical assessments in:• Patch and vulnerability management • Active directory• Network penetration tests• Network device and server configuration review• Secure software development lifecycle reviewAditya also has experience working with Internal Audit teams to conduct audits for the above mentioned services and create a control work program to ensure alignment to leading practices.Prior to joining PwC, Aditya pursued his Masters degree in Telecommunication and Network Security Engineering from Southern Methodist University, Dallas.
