Currently working in Balajee Infratech and Constructions Pvt. Ltd, since 21st February, 2017; as Engineer- Civil in NATRAX (A project by NATRIP with RITES as a consultant). It is Asia\'s biggest automative test tracks.I handled one of the Hilly test track,and currently working on High Speed Test track(HST).Here my position deals with handling the team of Engineers, Junior Engineers and Supervisors while overlooking the staff as well as whole construction process. My prime responsibility is also to deal with Client, Consultant and also the Japanese Team (NIPPO) involved with the project. Apart from these, maintenance of the Daily Progress Report of the project is under my Supervision. Handling multiple small teams and maintaining the communication between the management of the company, Client and workforce is my responsibility.
