With a Master of Laws degree from Dr B R Ambedkar Law University, Jaipur, and a Bachelor of Laws degree from Symbiosis Law School, Pune, I have a strong background in law, human rights, social justice, and public policy. I am passionate about creating innovative and scalable solutions that can transform the lives of millions of people who lack access to formal banking and financial services.As the co-founder and COO of MyRupaya, I contributed to the growth and sustainability of a successful fintech startup that provided affordable, convenient, and secure financial products and services to the rural and underserved population of India. I leveraged my legal expertise, network, and digital marketing skills to navigate the complex and dynamic regulatory environment, establish partnerships with various stakeholders, and increase the brand awareness and user retention of MyRupaya. I also obtained a Google Ads Video Certification and honed my project management and networking skills, which are essential for leading and supporting a diverse and talented team.Currently, I am working as a Legal Manager at Aavas Financiers Ltd, a leading housing finance company in India. I am responsible for managing the legal aspects of the company\'s operations, compliance, and risk management, as well as advising and facilitating the senior management on strategic and operational decisions. I am always eager to learn new things, collaborate with others, and contribute to the fintech ecosystem.I am also leading the end-to-end automation and digitization of the litigation process by implementing a comprehensive Litigation Management System in collaboration with CubicTree software.I am driven by the mission of Aavas Financiers, which is to enable home ownership for every Indian.
