About Aditya Ghadage

Growing up, I was always the one who was dismantling type. I would dismantle and rebuild every toy/game I saw in an attempt to understand how and why they work the way they do. Like everything else in life, I had both success and failures. My broken toys did not deter me; instead, I approached my next \"trials\" with lessons learned from the failed ones to ensure success. And probably that’s what led me towards the notion of problem solving,breaking problem and developing solutions for them. That’s what drives me positively towards the field of User Experience Designing.Well, that’s lot of build-up. Now let me shed some light on “Who I Am?”I am aspiring Visual Designer with incredible interest in User Experience Designing and User Interface Development. Currently I am pursuing B.Des graduation degree in domain of Graphics Designing.Last year, I enrolled in Google\'s UX Designing course. And I was fortunate to be able to bring together diverse perspectives and opinions in order to create solutions that foster positive user experiences and engagement. When I attended my first Design Thinking workshop, I realised there was a need to combine my knowledge of people and systems with my desire to solve problems. I enjoy learning about human-centered design and design thinking principles. In near future I dream to develop innovative solutions and business models that support the growth of businesses. But for now I am more focused on developing visual designing powers. And I would like to develop my human-cantered design acumen more.
