Leading a team of dedicated credit professionals, I oversee the meticulous handling of proposals according to established delegations and ensure adherence to stringent quality standards.A pivotal aspect of my responsibilities includes conducting weekly Annual Operating Performance (AOP) reviews, driving operational efficiency, and optimizing performance metrics. I effectively manage a diverse array of stakeholders including Direct Marketing (DM), Direct Selling Agent (DSA), Channel Partner (CP), and Existing Customer Team (ECT) across India, fostering collaborative relationships and ensuring seamless coordination.Internally, I liaise closely with critical departments such as Data Science, Technology, Risk Control Unit (RCU), Loan Specialist (LSP), Financial Operations (Finops), and Product Development teams. This collaboration enables me to align credit strategies with technological advancements and regulatory requirements, ensuring robust risk management practices.Moreover, I am responsible for setting monthly and annual performance benchmarks for senior managers and their respective teams, overseeing their progress, and conducting comprehensive annual performance appraisals. My role underscores a commitment to driving organizational success through strategic leadership, stakeholder management, and performance-driven outcomes.
