As Discipline Head for DCMUN 2025, I was in charge of maintaining order and protocol throughout the three-day conference, which hosted over 300 delegates from across the country. I worked closely with the Secretariat, faculty mentors, and logistics teams to ensure that every committee ran smoothly and professionally. Whether it was resolving on-ground conflicts or handling sensitive situations between delegates, I had to think on my feet and communicate clearly. The role demanded a mix of firmness and empathy and gave me first-hand experience in people management and high-pressure decision-making.
