Hey ConnectionsI am Aditya Dasgupta and I have completed my B.Tech in the department of Mechanical Engineering from BIT Sindri, Dhanbad. I am currently working in JSW Steel, Raigarh, Chattisgarh. Here, my primary objectives are: Strategical Allocation of Budget to all Departments.Analyzing the cost of all elements and studying the impact on its rate and usage.Reconciling all SAP bookings related to Production and Consumption.Reviewing all Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders for approval.Reviewing all cost-saving initiatives and projects under the Centre of Excellence, JSW Steel (COE).Maintaining several MIS for all plants.My managerial, technical and communication skills have a major role in my work. I have built strong writing, interpersonal and persuasive skills as I was a part of various clubs and societies in my college.I can function both as a leader and a team-player as I have no problems working with a hierarchy.
