About Aditya Dadheech

I lead ADQC, a boutique focused exclusively on independent buy-side financial and tax due diligence. My background is Big 4 and private practice - over a decade working at the intersection of financial data integrity and transaction execution. I set up ADQC to do one thing well: give investors a technically rigorous, independent view of what they\'re buying, without the conflicts that come with larger advisory mandates. We stay deliberately focused on the diligence phase. That focus is what allows for faster execution, sharper issue identification, and cleaner inputs into investment decisions. In select engagements we also advise on financial information architecture - typically where fragmented reporting systems are affecting investor visibility. The approach is strictly advisory, problem-led, and independent of any product or implementation.
