Used to receive mails and calls from CBS Users (Bankers) for technical support (like VPN, Network, software etc.), which we coordinate with the central support team at Mumbai. We resolve Operational level problems at our end and provide solution. Technical (Software) related problem have to log a ticket as an incident or service request, on impacted person’s ID and used to send that ticket to concerned team.*Take follow up on logged ticket and escalate to concern team.*Monitor network, if network goes down then get alerts on Web Top tool then trouble shoot the problem, if not able to resolve then log an incident to concerned team and take follow up.
