About Aditya Iyer

I have completed my Post Graduate Diploma in Management in Operations and Supply Chain Management from S.P. Jain Institute of Management Research, Mumbai.I have previously worked for 3 years as a Planning Analyst at Flipkart, Bangalore. I was responsible for creation of Sales and Operations Plans (S & OP), Capacity Planning and Management, and Reporting and Automation. I also performed Demand Forecasting, focused specifically on Flipkart\'s Tier 1 level Sales and Events.I pursued my B.E.(Hons) from BITS Pilani Hyderabad Campus. I was elected the General Secretary of the Students\' Union in my 3rd year. My responsibilities included representing students, leading a senate of heads of 30+ student bodies on campus, and organizing national level college fests. I was also the Joint Secretary of the Dramatics Club in my 2nd year, and was an active member in several other clubs and student bodies.I am an organized and structured individual with a flair for taking initiative, bringing improvements, and leadership, with a dream to make an impact and influence change in society as a whole.
