My mission is to build the next-generation Transaction Management System (TMS 2.0), a cornerstone platform for managing the state\'s health insurance schemes, including the flagship Mukhyamantri Ayushman Arogya Yojana (MAAY) and Rajasthan Government Health Scheme (RGHS).My specific mandate is the development of the system\'s Third-Party Administration (TPA) module. This critical component serves as the central nervous system for all claim-related activities. I am responsible for:1. Fortifying Claim Integrity: I am engineering an intelligent Claim Analyzer that proactively identifies and flags potentially fraudulent activities. By implementing a sophisticated set of rule-based triggers, the system automates risk assessment, allowing RSHAA to focus its resources on high-risk cases and ensure the financial integrity of the scheme.2. Streamlining Access to Care: I developed the Pre-Authorization subsystem, which manages the crucial first step of a patient\'s journey. The system is designed to handle a multitude of complex admission scenarios, ensuring that approvals for procedures are granted swiftly and accurately according to defined policies.3. Automating the Settlement Lifecycle: I am building the end-to-end workflow that governs how insurance claims are validated, processed, and settled with partner insurance providers.
