About Aditya Aryan
As the Head of Content at Lawctopus, I oversee the strategic growth and development of Lawctopus, CLATalogue, and other law content platforms. My role involves aligning resources to ensure efficiency, refining content strategies, and fostering collaboration across various teams to drive our initiatives forward. My work focuses on expanding our reach and impact in legal education and content.Before joining Lawctopus, I served as the Chief of Staff at YCM, deeply involved in dispute prevention, mediation, negotiation, strategic planning, operational efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration. In this role, I was key in driving organizational success by streamlining processes and facilitating effective decision-making at all levels. My experience here solidified my ability to lead teams and manage complex projects. Through this platform, I’ve been able to offer mediation training and practical experience to those interested in alternative dispute resolution.After my degree in law, my journey in mediation began with a brief but insightful stint working alongside Mr. Sriram Panchu, one of India’s most respected mediators. This experience deepened my understanding of dispute resolution and inspired me to advance the pro-mediation movement. I’ve had the privilege of coordinating international mediation events and leading the Youth Mediators International Collaboration Project, which brought together young mediators from across the globe. I also actively judge mediation and negotiation competitions at national and international levels, and I take great pride in mentoring students who participate in and organize these competitions. My commitment to mediation is furthered by my role as a mentee at the International Academy of Mediators.As a Dexterity School of Leadership & Entrepreneurship graduate, I am passionate about empowering teams, simplifying processes, and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. I aim to contribute to the pro-mediation movement, promoting the peaceful resolution of disputes to build a more harmonious world.
