I am an R&D, Product Development, and Technical Training professional with 2+ years of experience in the STEM education, experiential learning, and ed-tech industry, specializing in building and scaling hands-on learning solutions.My expertise spans the end-to-end product lifecycle, including technical research, feasibility analysis, product roadmapping, hardware prototyping, iterative testing, quality assurance (UAT), curriculum-aligned content development, and deployment support. I have contributed to the successful launch of multiple STEM products and delivered 100+ structured learning modules adopted by partner institutions.As a Technical Trainer and Mentor, I have conducted hands-on workshops and training sessions for teachers and students, focusing on learner engagement, classroom usability, real-world application, and effective STEM adoption. I am skilled at translating complex technical concepts into simple, practical, and engaging learning experiences.From a Product and R&D leadership perspective, I bring experience in team coordination, cross-functional collaboration, innovation management, iterative product improvement, and delivery execution. I work closely with educators, designers, and engineers to build scalable, classroom-ready, and impact-driven educational products.I hold a B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering and have hands-on expertise in Python, C, C++, Arduino, hardware prototyping, web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js), MySQL, AutoCAD, TinkerCAD, MIT App Inventor, and STEM kit development.
