The chat process consists of customer support for US customers over the chat. The whole process is to check the customer queries regarding their items and their account issues. We need to refund, replace and sometimes help the customer for the return of their items. This is a flexible shift process and generally works with night shifts with full capacity. From October 2023 I have been upgraded on a temporary basis and has been given a team to handle as a supervisor directly under my manager for 7 months. This is a non-sales process however there is a target for Yes and No in the process which is given by customers after the live chat ends depending on our satisfactory resolution under process policies. There are many rewards for completing necessary goals and reaching the targets. I have been awarded 4 times for completing targets in the form of reward points which can be redeemed on various websites like Amazon in the form of gift cards.
