About Aditya Agarwal
Aditya is working with the Manufacturing & Supply Chain Management Knowledge Team at BCG and has more than 4years of work experience now. He started his professional career with SRF Limited (in agro-chemical business) as a supply chain executive, wherein he worked on Inventory management, supply planning, raw material scheduling, tracking overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), tracking downstream availability of the WIP materials among others. After working for over a couple of years, Aditya decided to move to BCG wherein he has been working for more than 2years now. He has worked on several client projects and proposals with the most relevant being working for a paperboard and specialty paper client wherein Aditya was responsible for driving modules of OTIF improvement, portfolio segmentation & rationalization, improving the maturity of the Sales & Operations Planning (S & OP) process and also development of tools to improve the production sequencing. Also, Aditya has been involved in other client projects from across industries like consumer, industrial goods and healthcare and has taken responsibility to drive the modules of demand planning, implementation of control tower, inventory optimization and classification, risk and resilience, OEE improvement, maintenance, etc. Aditya has deep interest in topics pertaining to sustainability in supply chain and inventory management as well.
