Drive process development, qualification, and technology transfer for atomic layer deposition (ALD) processes in the Dielectrics area, enabling next-generation device architectures for high volume manufacturing (HVM).• Own and manage multiple ALD tools, ensuring 24/7 production readiness, leading tool recovery and troubleshooting efforts, and maintaining uptime metrics exceeding 90% across the module.• Conduct data-driven experiments and failure analyses to optimize film quality, deposition uniformity, and process stability; author whitepapers to document findings and improve qualification frameworks• Spearheaded qualification of a new ALD precursor following end-of-life (EOL) notice for an existing chemical. Completed full qualification in record time by revising criteria based on existing data, enabling seamless production continuity. The new precursor reduced material cost and yielded significant cost savings, earning a department level award for innovation and execution excellence.• Lead Statistical Process Control (SPC) standardization efforts, developing consistent charting methods, improving data fidelity, and maintaining best-in-class process performance metrics.• Collaborate with equipment suppliers to identify hardware shortcomings, propose and validate design modifications, and qualify new parts to enhance reliability and extend tool lifetime.• Spearhead technology transfer efforts between Oregon and global Intel fabs, ensuring process matching, qualification alignment, and consistent HVM performance across sites.• Partner with cross-functional teams and layer owners to evaluate and qualify new tools for upcoming technology nodes, balancing throughput, reliability, and film integrity.• Drive automation initiatives to reduce tool downtime, improve run rates, and minimize manual interventions in production workflows.• Mentor and train new engineers, fostering technical excellence and knowledge continuity within the module.
