I conduct research with the HIPPO Lab at TU Delft, developing AI tools to identify fair and equitable climate change mitigation strategies. In our recent work, we created the first ever framework that integrates Integrated Assessment Models with Multi-Objective Multi-Agent Reinforcement Learning to simulate climate change negotiations. Our approach examines how climate mitigation burdens can be distributed more fairly, proposing policies that balance economic growth, temperature targets, and climate justice. This addresses critical limitations in traditional approaches that often perpetuate policy inequalities. I presented this research at IJCAI 2025 in Montreal, Canada.
