I have been in the area of indirect taxes since the past 4 years. In these years i have gained significant knowledge in specific industry areas. I have been in practice since 2018 and since then have developed expertise in areas of construction and works contract. I have also been privileged to publish multiple articles in reputed forums of chamber of tax consultants, Taxmann etc. I am still evolving to become an expert GST practitioner and advisor. I welcome voracious discussion on the subject which only gives me insights into the ever evolving GST Law. My firm and me are wholly committed in serving our clients through proper advisory and consultation. I believe that just as the law evolves we as practitioners need to be continuously adapting to it as well. Hence my firm promotes a healthy nature of discussion and deliberation on the law. Case study : I have seen personally that brilliant GST professionals have struggled to get connected to a larger audience of clients as they fail to understand the clients at their basic grass root practical issues and lack of communication. Hence we at our firm have initiated a system of conducting training sessions for every department of the client\'s organization to fully prepare them for constructing review systems beneficial to them. This has led to efficient compliance management and reduction in litigations for them.
