ABOUT ADITI TAMBE

After accumulating four years of valuable work experience in design engineering, product, and project management, I\'ve decided to embark on a new educational chapter as a master\'s student at HTW Berlin. I\'m eagerly anticipating this journey and excited about the knowledge and insights I\'ll gain in management, complementing my existing professional background. During my tenure at Atlas Copco as a design engineer, I engaged in diverse projects such as CAD designing for parts of Piston Air compressors, 3D assembly creation for Parts Online (POL)-A digital shopping cart/ platform for customers, and various technical documentation initiatives. I also delved into acquisition onboarding, budget planning, and costing for data management systems. My multifaceted role allowed me to showcase marketing skills as a leader in a Marketing project for the Piston compressors team. Progressing from an individual contributor to a project management role, I collaborated with Engineering, Production, After-Market, and Sourcing teams on division-level projects. As a senior engineer in product and project management, I contributed to long-term projects involving Re-branding, Commodities Data Management, UKCA (Brexit impact), Carbon footprint calculation, etc. I also had a wonderful opportunity to represent my team in RISE: A Global customer seminar for demonstrating Infinity of Product Management and its content including PLM integration, divisional processes, PIM (product information management), TSV (Total Solution Visualization), etc. After this enriching journey at Atlas Copco, filled with successful projects along with its challenges and invaluable experiences, I\'m now poised to elevate my learning curve as a master\'s student in Business Administration and Engineering-Interdisciplinary Management.
