Accepted an extension offer.• Perform manual three-way match to ensure invoices are matched to approved purchase orders• Process MRO invoices to ensure they are paid in accordance with payment terms• Complete monthly and quarterly vendor statement reviews to ensure aged items are addressed in a timely manner• Review, report and follow up on the status of aged GR/IR items daily• Assist with month-end close tasks including journal entries, reconciliations, confirmations, etc.
